American Cured Meat Championships Rule Change
The American Association of Meat Processors has made an important rule change to the ACMC. If you are planning to enter product at the 2014 ACMC show in Milwaukee be sure and read the new rule.
A limited number of Scholarships are available for IMPA Members from CIRAS and Iowa State University Meat Science Extension on a first-come, first-serve basis for upcoming short courses at the Iowa State University Meat Laboratory in Ames, Iowa.
